END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between Steph’s Bookkeeping Service LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “Client”). By accessing our internal application or authorizing us to connect to your QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) account, you agree to the terms below.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Our application is a proprietary tool used internally by Steph’s Bookkeeping Service LLC to facilitate financial reporting, data entry, and account reconciliation. This app connects to your QuickBooks Online data via the Intuit API.

2. AUTHORIZATION & CREDENTIALS

By providing your QuickBooks Online credentials or authorizing the connection via OAuth:

• Grant of Access: You grant Steph’s Bookkeeping Service LLC the right to access, view, and modify your financial data within QuickBooks Online as necessary to perform bookkeeping services.
• Accountant Version: You acknowledge that we may access your data through an “Accountant” version of QuickBooks Online, which provides us with specific administrative permissions required for professional oversight.
• Security: You agree not to share your own login credentials with unauthorized parties. We will maintain your connection tokens securely as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY

• Data Retrieval: Our app may pull transaction history, chart of accounts, and vendor/customer lists.
• Confidentiality: All data retrieved is considered “Confidential Information” and is handled in accordance with professional accounting standards.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell or share your financial data with third-party marketers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The internal application, including its code, interface, and logic, remains the sole property of Steph’s Bookkeeping Service LLC. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the software itself, only a license to use the service provided through it.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (INTUIT/QUICKBOOKS)

• Relationship: Steph’s Bookkeeping Service LLC is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Intuit Inc. in any way other than as a registered developer.
• Third-Party Terms: Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit’s own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or errors caused by Intuit’s platform.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steph’s Bookkeeping Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this application or the connection to QuickBooks Online. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our bookkeeping services.

7. TERMINATION

You may revoke our access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your Intuit account settings. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our internal tools if these terms are violated.
